Sr Hardware Services Representative

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of company hardware service programs including preventative maintenance, and customer communication with a focus on customer relationship building through prompt and efficient service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • It is the primary responsibility of the Senior Hardware Services Representative to meet the needs of AngioDynamics' internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy. The focus of concentration is on hardware management and communication to the customer and the sales organization.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all aspects of Hardware Repair Service from the initial receipt of service inquiry through the repair process. This will include coordination with the AngioDynamics Service Centers, Customer, and Sales Representative. Service databases and required documentation to be maintained and updated at all times.
  • Follow all relevant SOPs and Service database procedures, utilizing the systems to their fullest potential and proactively suggesting and developing improvements to processes and ways to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining all Customer Hardware Service SOP's.
  • Assist in the development of various management information / analysis from the Service database on an as needed basis.
  • Responsible for distributing daily/weekly Jobs Schedule Reports to HCS's, as well as maintaining and distributing monthly statistics associated with this report.
  • Manage sales representative trunk stock, including form, approvals, Accounting communication, order entry request and TigerPaw update.
  • Coordinate all aspects of generating service revenue in the form of service and & other non-traditional forms.
  • Coordinate all subcontractor/vendor payments related to service
  • Familiar with FDA regulations as they relate to service complaint claims.
  • Assist in the shipping and receiving of hardware as needed.
  • Works with the hardware service engineers to assist in initiating and organizing field service preventative maintenance for applicable hardware.

  • Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
