Position
Summary:
You will lead the database and development team to meet the IT needs of the business. Your responsibilities will include liaising with business team members, managing project resources and allocations, defining and meeting project deadlines, upgrading current systems and deployment methods, software testing and deployment, and implementing strategies that effectively scale the hardware and application environment.
Position Requirements:
Team leadership and management experience
Minimum 5
years of technical experience developing complex software applications
Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/12 development tools for client server applications
Experience developing, testing and implementing Microsoft Software Suite including VB and .NET framework applications
Experience working in a client server intranet/internet development environment
Deep experience with SQL Server and Transact SQL
Thorough experience developing ad-hoc queries and reports on a SQL database
Experience with various SDLC methodologies (Agile a plus)
Team player able to effectively collaborate with senior management and peers, and effective providing mentorship to team members
Major Job Duties:
Lead development team in development, testing, maintenance and support of complex application suite
Complete team member annual performance reviews, identify training opportunities and personal development plans
Conduct development team meetings, and provide updates at Pharmacy Services Business team meetings
Able to participate in coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation of highly complex applications
Lead and oversee development and execution of complex test plans to verify logic of new and modified applications
Participate in architecture and design of complex application systems
Help in preparation of detailed application requirements and technical specifications
Participate in application and technical documentation
Define risks mitigation plans and effectively track and resolve issues
Quickly learn and understand existing systems, and analyze, plan and oversee application releases and enhancements
Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provide recommendations to senior managers
Work with clients and management to resolve issues and validate system requirements
Provide technical oversight to application development team(s)
Serve as technical project lead providing leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
Provide recommendations and revisions to applications and documentation
Develop project schedules, resourcing and budgeting for small and large, complex projects
Lead planning and implementation activities to support the needs of the business and IT strategic plans
Research and recommend new versions of hardware and software
Drive Performance Improvement activities for the department, and set standards of accountability to ensure policy and regulatory compliance are met and maintained
Draft policies and procedures related to pharmacy department applications
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required. (Masters preferred)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
