Responsibilities:
To represent the employer in all operating functions of parts sales and store operations including the direction of staff, budget, sales, and facilities responsibilitiesPrepare and deliver weekly store reports on a variety of store operations as required by managementResponsible for the staffing needs of the facility including employee hiring, review, performance, and training, and will appropriately confront poor performance when neededDaily responsibility for cash box, cash reports, invoices, checks and other accounting functionsEnsures the security and documentation of all parts through proper scanning and entry into the inventory system
Qualifications:
Auto or retail management experience An advanced degree or the equivalent skills, experience, and/or training are requiredDemonstrate exceptional organizational skills Superior interpersonal communication skills a must Must be Self-motivated, proactive and have a go getter attitude Must work well under pressure Strong computer skills required, including ability to create spreadsheets, graphics, and reportsPay:
Earning up to $48,000 including bonus/commission and a full range of benefits!Hours:
