As a Hotel Night Auditor at Sleep Inn & Suites, you will be responsible for managing the nightly operations of our hotel, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests.
This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who excel in customer service and are comfortable handling financial information.
Responsibilities:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage online and phone reservations.
Handle daily accounting and financial tasks with precision.
Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions.
Address and resolve guests' issues and ensure their stay is comfortable.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy and well-organized.
Assist in various front desk duties and provide excellent customer service throughout the night shift.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hotel management or relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in hospitality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software (e.
g.
, ChoiceAdvantage).
Strong understanding of customer service and accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work overnight shifts, and holidays.
