Responsibilities Track and record company invoices compared to Work Orders.
Interface with service partners for company maintained a/r.
Track and record all vendor invoices compared to Purchase Orders and contracts.
Track and record all credit card receipts Vendor setup and maintenance Communication Apprize management of any unusual invoicing activity within the organization Provide clear and concise invoicing policy communications to field and office personnel Qualifications & Attributes High school diploma or equivalent required.

years relevant small business receivable & payable experience Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM applications (e.
g.
