Position Summary The Digital Communications Lead is an integral member of the Marketing and Communications team and will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing and Communications to execute digital communications and marketing functions per department objectives and in support of the Network's strategic plan.
They will be responsible for online reputation management, website maintenance, social media and digital advertising campaign creation and management, and internal video production.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Marketing Manager to manage Hudson Headwaters' online presence, including reputation management and accuracy of information through website monitoring and updates, social media oversight and execution of digital advertising campaigns Serves as point person to administer all content changes and requests to the Network's website; maintains a calendar for website projects to ensure accurate and timely information and to execute homepage campaigns and online magazine updates Stay up to date on website functions to advise all departments on layouts and strategies to communicate messaging and adhere to brand standards Working closely with the Marketing Manager, provides perspective on website infrastructure and Network communications needs when working with website vendors Working closely with the Marketing Manager, lead static and video social media content creation and campaign execution in accordance with content calendar Working closely with the Marketing and Communications and Development teams, strategically interact with individuals and organizations across social media accounts to support relationship-building and community partnerships Oversee digital advertising campaigns on social media and Google, including audience selection, search engine optimization and budget tracking Monitor social media analytics and website engagement; provide reporting as directed Collect information and visuals to create various PowerPoint presentations across the Network Create, schedule and manage digital signage to inform patient communities in health centers Create, edit and distribute video content for social media, website and online magazine features, ensuring accessibility such as closed captioning Capture event photos and videos for social media and other marketing projects, maintain photo library and assist with the direction of professional photographers and videographers on commercial shoots Produce live-streamed video as needed for Network events Create, edit and distribute virtual tours of health centers Provide support and assistance for corporate and community events Assist with the creation, editing and distribution of internal communications, including staff newsletters, surveys and press release notifications as assigned Assist with graphic design projects as assigned Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing and Communications Essential Competencies:

Bachelor's degree required; marketing/business/communications or other related degree preferred 3
years digital communications experience; healthcare experience a plus Strong writing and editing skills required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with professionals at all level Photography, videography and graphic design experience Proficient with InDesign/Illustrator, video-editing software, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Well-versed in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Experience with web-based tools and electronic solutions (WordPress, email marketing providers and microsites).
Willing to work occasional additional hours as needed.
The position is forty hours per week and requires some local travel with flexibility The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and is based on experience and credentials.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
