Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members of the organization.
Requirements include:
a positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to self manage time and tasks.
Must be able to work as part of a team in order to handle all requests and needs with grace and professionalism.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritize duties.
This position will also be responsible for managing member accounts, processing transactions and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
Customer service-oriented with emphasis on member sales Answer member inquiries and complaints in a timely manner Actively seek out and contact members with missing information, issues or concerns Process transactions including transfer of money, member accounts, refunds, etc.
using computer systems Add new members as needed using new data provided by organization staff, members, or both Perform data entry duties including entering membership information into database, processing payments, etc.
as needed for new members Actively participate in the development of Burch Bottle & Packaging, Inc's sales and marketing strategy Maintain updated records of member accounts and transaction data using company systems Perform daily or weekly audits to ensure that all paperwork is completed and filed correctly and within the correct deadlines Manage member concerns or questions via mail or email in a timely manner Keep minutes of meetings during regular work week Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Requirements:
Customer service experience (1-2 years) preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills required Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office products) Experience working with financial institutions preferred Job Type:
